This website is run by Cheeky Santa Co, a UK-based business. You can contact us at k6d47z8v7t@privaterelay.appleid.com. These terms apply to every order you place with us.
Your order
When you place an order you will receive an email acknowledging it. A contract between us is formed when we dispatch your order. If we cannot accept your order, for example because an item is out of stock, we will tell you and refund you in full.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include any VAT that applies. Delivery charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken when you place your order.
Using your Bubble Santa safely
The Bubble Santa is a battery-powered toy (3Ã AA batteries, not included) suitable for ages 3+. Adult supervision is recommended. Keep batteries and bubble solution away from young children, do not swallow bubble solution, and wipe up spills straight away as they can be slippery. Remove the batteries when the toy is not in use for a long time.
Delivery
Delivery times and costs are set out in our Shipping policy. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Orders to the United States may be subject to import duties or taxes payable by the recipient.
Cancellations, returns and faulty items
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. If your item is faulty, damaged or not as described, we will replace it or refund you. Full details are in our Refund policy. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Our responsibility to you
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable. We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as courier delays, strikes or severe weather. If this happens we will contact you, and you may cancel for a full refund if your order has not yet been dispatched.
Complaints
If you have a problem, please email us with your order number and we will try to resolve it quickly.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are the ones shown on this website when you placed it.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in the courts of your home country.
