Where we deliver
We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom and the United States.
Delivery cost
Delivery is free on all orders to the UK and the US.
How long it takes
Your order is sent by our international fulfilment partner.
- Processing: orders are usually dispatched within 1 to 3 working days.
- Delivery to the UK: once dispatched, delivery usually takes 5 to 10 working days.
- Delivery to the US: once dispatched, delivery usually takes 7 to 15 working days.
We will email you a tracking number when your order is dispatched. These are estimates, not guarantees, and delivery can take longer during the Christmas period.
Customs and import charges
UK orders: you will not have any customs or import charges to pay on delivery.
US orders: your order may be subject to import duties or taxes set by US Customs. These are not included in our price and, if charged, are payable by you.
Christmas orders
Please order early if you need your order before Christmas. We will show our last recommended order date on the website.
Delivery address
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address you have given us.
Late or missing orders
If your order has not arrived within 15 working days of dispatch (20 working days for US orders), please email us with your order number and we will look into it.
